Ms. Giovanniello is Sienna Senior Living’s Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President, joining Sienna in 2019. She is also currently a Director for CAA Club Group and CAA Insurance Company. During her 35-year career in the financial services, retail, real estate, health care and senior living sectors, she served in senior and executive HR and operational roles representing large publicly traded companies such as Canadian Tire Corporation, Sears Canada and Toronto Dominion Bank. Ms. Giovanniello was the former Board Chair of Trillium Health Partners Foundation, founding Chair of the Trillium Health Partners Foundation first HR Committee, and Director of Trillium Health Partners. Ms. Giovanniello has broad strategic, human resources and operational expertise leading large diverse teams in development of HR strategies and programs. Ms. Giovanniello holds the C.Dir. designation from Directors College and McMaster University.
