Ms. Agostinho spent over two decades (2002–2023) at Canadian Tire Financial Services, most recently as Chief Information Officer, where she led a team of more than 150 IT professionals across onshore and offshore operations. In this role, she was responsible for setting IT strategy and overseeing day-to-day operations and capital program execution. Her leadership drove significant digital transformation, the adoption of agile ways of working, and broader IT organizational and cultural change — all in support of business growth and customer centricity. She also advanced the organization’s technology and business architecture, led its cloud transformation, and built out its Cyber Security and IT Risk & Resilience programs.

Ms. Agostinho currently serves on the Board of the Technical Standards and Safety Authority and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
