Aaron Corr joined MCAN in October 2018 and was appointed VP, Chief Risk Officer effective February 14, 2022. Previously, he was the Director, Enterprise Risk Management, supporting the CRO in developing and executing key enterprise risk deliverables and establishing effective risk management programs.
Mr. Corr is accountable for identifying, measuring, monitoring, reporting and mitigating key financial and non-financial risks, including trends and emerging risks affecting MCAN’s strategy, capital, liquidity and financial position.
Before joining MCAN, Mr. Corr held several progressively senior positions in risk management, information technology and capital markets at one of Canada’s largest banks. Mr. Corr holds an MBA at Wilfrid Laurier University.
