How long does portal activation take?

Portal activation typically takes 24–48 hours. If you’re still unable to access it after that, please contact Broker Portal Support.

I signed up for the portal after I believed I had been onboarded, but it says it needs to be activated by the lender.

No worries — you are confirmed to be onboarded! The portal can only be activated once onboarding is complete and you’ve registered for the Titan Portal. Portal activation typically takes 24–48 hours.

If you’re still unable to access it after that, please contact Broker Portal Support.

I signed up, but can’t log in. What should I do?

First, check your inbox for the verification email and complete the verification process. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

I didn’t receive a verification email. Can you help?

Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact Broker Portal Supportand we’ll assist you further.

I accidentally used my personal or incorrect email address.

Please re-register using the correct email address.

I’m getting an error: “Unable to verify account. Email, password, or verification ID is incorrect.” What should I do?

Please reach out to Broker Portal Support so we can help resolve it. 

I switched brokerages. How do I update my brokerage information?

We’ll need to onboard you with your new brokerage. If the brokerage is not onboarded yet, we’ll need to complete that first before proceeding with your agent onboarding.

To get onboarded, reach out to the MCAN Onboarding Team. 

I’ve completed onboarding with my new brokerage, but I would like to use the same login email.

Contact Broker Portal Support, and we’ll update your previous account accordingly. We’ll notify you once the updates have been made and your login is ready to use.

I’ve completed onboarding with my new brokerage and now have access to the portal; however, it still displays my previous brokerage.

Please contact Broker Portal Support, and we’ll update your brokerage information.
