Program Details

• The MCAN ICON Partner Program applies to our Discover Alternative series of mortgage solutions.
• Volume milestones are not eligible for pooling.
• MQ Points will accumulate based on funded volume and be rewarded to eligible partners in January 2023.
• Quarterly draws for mortgage payment amounts of $5,000 will be held on the second Monday of April, July, September and January.
• Annual draw for the mortgage payment amount of $25,000 will be held on the second Monday of January 2023.
• All mortgage payment draws are eligible for application to multiple clients.
• Charitable contributions will be calculated on total annual MCAN Discover funded volume and directed in your name, to your organization of choice in January 2023.
• Partner Summits will be held in Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa.
• Partner with carry-over 2021 status of Hall of Fame or G.O.A.T. will continue to receive $300 appraisal rebate direct to client on all MCAN Discover Alternative deals closed through December 31, 2022.
