There are trips—and then there are experiences. The kind that leave you breathless, bonded, and forever changed. This spring, our top-performing partners joined us on the inaugural ICON Explorer Experience: a once-in-a-lifetime journey to the land of fire and ice—Iceland.
From the moment we landed in Reykjavik, the adventure began. Greeted by a traditional Icelandic host and a mimosa in hand, we kicked off with a walking tour of the city’s colourful streets and a welcome lunch at Kopar. But that was just the beginning.
Over the next few days, we snowmobiled across glaciers, roared across black sand beaches on ATVs, and descended into ancient lava tunnels. We soaked in the Sky Lagoon,
dined under the northern lights, and even raised a glass in a bar made entirely of ice. Every moment was curated to inspire awe, connection, and celebration.
But the real magic? It was in the people. We met new faces, shared stories, and created memories that will last a lifetime. We laughed—especially thanks to Icelandic comedian
Ari Eldjárn—celebrated our collective wins, and found new ways to connect as partners and friends.
This wasn’t just a reward trip. It was a reflection of what the ICON Program stands for: people, purpose, and performance. It was about recognizing excellence, deepening
